Instructions Regarding ID Verification of Group Leader & Tourist Members
यह व्यवस्था दिनांक 22 सितंबर 2026 से प्रभावी होगी।
These instructions shall come into effect from 22 September 2026.

- ग्रुप लीडर की वैध आईडी के आगे एवं पीछे दोनों पक्षों की स्पष्ट प्रति/फोटो पोर्टल पर अपलोड करना अनिवार्य होगा।
- ग्रुप में सम्मिलित अन्य सभी पर्यटक सदस्यों की केवल वैध आईडी संख्या दर्ज करना अनिवार्य होगा।
- ग्रुप के समस्त पर्यटक सदस्यों की आईडी एकत्रित करने तथा उनकी प्रारंभिक जांच एवं सत्यापन सुनिश्चित करने की पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी ग्रुप लीडर की होगी।
- प्रवेश के समय ग्रुप लीडर द्वारा ग्रुप के सभी सदस्यों की मूल एवं वैध आईडी सत्यापन हेतु प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा।
- किसी भी सदस्य की आईडी में विसंगति, अपूर्णता अथवा दर्ज विवरण गलत पाए जाने तथा इसके परिणामस्वरूप प्रवेश न दिए जाने की स्थिति में समस्त उत्तरदायित्व ग्रुप लीडर का होगा।
English:
- A clear copy/photo of both the front and back sides of the Group Leader's valid ID must be uploaded on the portal.
- For all other tourist members included in the group, only their valid ID number shall be entered on the portal.
- The Group Leader shall be fully responsible for collecting the IDs of all tourist members and ensuring their preliminary scrutiny and verification.
- At the time of entry, the Group Leader must produce the original and valid IDs of all group members for verification.
- In case of any discrepancy, incompleteness, or incorrect information in the ID of any member, resulting in denial of entry, the entire responsibility shall rest with the Group Leader.

⏳ MANDATORY 180-SECOND WAITING PERIOD – Visitor Details Page
A mandatory 180-second waiting period applies on the Visitor Details page during Night Stay and Safari booking. Even if you complete the form early, you must wait the full 180 seconds before you can proceed to the next step.

नाइट स्टे एवं सफारी बुकिंग के दौरान विज़िटर डिटेल्स (Visitor Details) पेज पर 180 सेकंड की अनिवार्य प्रतीक्षा अवधि लागू है। फॉर्म जल्दी भरने पर भी, आगे बढ़ने से पहले आपको पूरे 180 सेकंड की प्रतीक्षा करनी होगी।
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Safari Booking & Portal Updates
This is to inform all tourists and booking agents about the recent changes to the safari booking system and portal:

Bijrani Zone – Day Safari Advance Booking
Advance booking for the Bijrani Zone day safari, which opens 45 days in advance, will commence on the new upgraded portal starting September 10, 2026.

Special Booking Timing
Specifically on September 10, 2026, bookings for the Bijrani Zone will open at 10:00 AM. Thereafter, bookings will resume their regular scheduled timings.

Mandatory ID Proof Upload
It is now mandatory to upload clear images of both the Front and Back of a valid ID proof while booking safari tickets.

Dhela, Jhirna, and Garjiya Zones
Day safari bookings for the Dhela, Jhirna, and Garjiya zones will transition to the new upgraded portal starting September 12, 2026.

Other Safari Zones
Day safari bookings for all other zones (which open 7 days in advance) will continue on the old portal as usual until further notice.

Commercial Vehicle Allocation
The allocation of commercial vehicles for Bijrani Zone day safaris will begin on September 15, 2026.
Note: All tourists and booking agents are requested to use the correct portal based on the applicable booking period. Please keep your valid ID proof and necessary details ready beforehand to avoid any inconvenience during the booking process.

⚠️ महत्वपूर्ण सूचना: सफारी बुकिंग एवं पोर्टल संबंधी अपडेट
समस्त पर्यटकों एवं बुकिंगकर्ताओं को सूचित किया जाता है कि सफारी बुकिंग व्यवस्था में निम्नानुसार परिवर्तन किए गए हैं—

बिजरानी जोन – डे सफारी अग्रिम बुकिंग
बिजरानी जोन में डे सफारी की अग्रिम बुकिंग (जो 45 दिन पूर्व खोली जाती है), दिनांक 10 सितम्बर 2026 से नए अपग्रेडेड पोर्टल पर प्रारम्भ होगी।

केवल दिनांक 10 सितम्बर 2026 को बिजरानी जोन की बुकिंग प्रातः 10:00 बजे से प्रारम्भ होगी। इसके पश्चात बुकिंग नियमित निर्धारित समय के अनुसार ही खुलेगी।

सफारी टिकट की बुकिंग हेतु वैध पहचान-पत्र की Front एवं Back (आगे और पीछे) दोनों पक्षों की स्पष्ट इमेज अपलोड करना अनिवार्य होगा।

ढेला, झिरना एवं गार्जिया जोन की डे सफारी बुकिंग दिनांक 12 सितम्बर 2026 से नए अपग्रेडेड पोर्टल पर प्रारम्भ होगी।

अन्य सफारी जोन
अन्य सफारी जोन में (जो 7 दिन पूर्व खुलती है) डे सफारी बुकिंग आगामी आदेश तक पुराने पोर्टल पर पूर्व की भांति जारी रहेगी।

व्यावसायिक वाहन आवंटन
बिजरानी जोन की डे सफारी बुकिंग के लिए व्यावसायिक वाहनों का आवंटन दिनांक 15 सितम्बर 2026 से प्रारम्भ किया जाएगा।
नोट: समस्त पर्यटकों एवं बुकिंगकर्ताओं से अनुरोध है कि सफारी बुकिंग करते समय लागू बुकिंग अवधि के अनुसार सही पोर्टल का ही उपयोग करें। बुकिंग से पूर्व आवश्यक पहचान-पत्र एवं अन्य विवरण तैयार रखें, ताकि प्रक्रिया में कोई असुविधा न हो।

The Indian booking for stay will open on 4th Oct 2026 at 10:00 AM IST.
रात्रि विश्राम बुकिंग सूचना बुकिंग के समय सही पहचान पत्र (ID) अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है। प्रवेश के समय ID की जांच की जाएगी और अपलोड किए गए ID से मेल न खाने पर प्रवेश रोक दिया जाएगा।
विदेशी पर्यटकों हेतु ठहरने की बुकिंग 90 दिन पूर्व से उपलब्ध है।
भारतीय पर्यटकों हेतु ठहरने की बुकिंग 4 अक्टूबर 2026, प्रातः 10:00 बजे (IST) से प्रारंभ होगी।
भ्रमण दिवस (Visit Date) की तिथि हेतु प्रातः कालीन पाली में ऑनलाइन बुकिंग का अंतिम समय प्रातः 06ः30 बजे तथा अपराह्न पाली हेतु ऑनलाइन बुकिंग का अंतिम समय अपराह्न 04ः00 बजे निर्धारित है।
📄 Light Vehicle (Gypsy) Registration Guidelines – Corbett Tiger Reserve NEW
Revised guidelines for the registration of light vehicles for tourism operations in Corbett Tiger Reserve, issued vide letter no. 716/15-1 dated 21.09.2024, along with the subsequent amendment issued in compliance with the interim order dated 16.12.2025 of the Hon'ble High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital (Writ Petition (M/B) No. 508/2025 and connected petitions). As per the amendment, the last sentence of Clause (iv) of the "Open Category" of the guidelines dated 21.09.2024 shall not be given effect to and eligible petitioners/applicants shall be permitted to participate in the registration process; however, the selection shall be made strictly as per the Tiger Conservation Norms.
कार्बेट टाइगर रिजर्व में पर्यटन संचालन हेतु हल्के वाहनों के पंजीकरण विषयक संशोधित दिशा-निर्देश (पत्र संख्या 716/15-1, दिनांक 21.09.2024) तथा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, उत्तराखण्ड, नैनीताल द्वारा रिट याचिका (एम0बी0) 508/2025 एवं सहबद्ध याचिकाओं में पारित अन्तरिम आदेश दिनांक 16.12.2025 के अनुपालन में निर्गत संशोधन। संशोधन के अनुसार दिनांक 21.09.2024 के दिशा-निर्देशों की "खुली श्रेणी" के प्रस्तर (iv) का अंतिम वाक्य प्रभावी नहीं माना जायेगा तथा पात्र याचीगण/आवेदकों को पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया में प्रतिभाग करने की अनुमति दी जायेगी; तथापि चयन पूर्णतः टाइगर कंजरवेशन नॉर्म्स के अनुसार ही किया जायेगा।
